You are paying for archival quality, museum grade prints,  using trusted paper merchants including Hahnemühle, Canson and Ilford. These prints are printed locally using the state of the art Canon Pro-4000 and Epson Wide Format Printer. Once printed, the prints are checked by humans for any defects or errors. You will also be paying for the effort and time taken to produce each artwork. A majority of the profits will help me run this site, and fund for the materials needed to create more artworks as well as the beautiful packaging!

Yes! You certainly can! Click Contact Us to discuss design, size, and framing (if required). Price will range from AUD $300-$2,100 purely based on the size and intricacy of  the artwork design. The final cost will include postage and handling.

Yes frames are offered, but for only for selected prints. If they can be framed, it will be stated in the item description. If you request a frame and you live in Australia, shipping costs are added due to extra weight (AUD $35.00). Click here for frame features.

Giclée prints are high quality detailed prints. The paper used is acid free, and rated as museum archival grade. However, nothing lasts forever, but if you keep it away from harsh sun or wet environments, your print should look the same as the day you got it for longer than a lifetime! 

Sure can! Our return policy is valid for 30 days. We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, because it is damaged, we’re happy to help. If you change your mind or if the artwork doesn't suit your space, returns can also be organised. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. You can also view your previous purchases and have the option to stay up-to-date with new releases. Creating an account is essential if you want a custom artwork.

Yes! It is essential! So we can communicate easily to design a personalised item such as a commissioned artwork. If you just want to purchase prints, accounts aren't necessary unless you want to come back again!

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Worldwide Shipping will cost AUD $30.00. Shipping to Australia will be FREE (for prints only). For domestic customers - if you would like a framed artwork, AUD $35.00 shipping will be charged at checkout due to the weight and protection needed to ensure you don't receive a damaged item. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals!

Allow 2-3 working days for dispatch. Each order is printed upon request. Larger prints such as A1 dimensions require special printing machine which adds extra time to deliver (3-5 working days).

It depends on where you are. All items have tracking ID, and this will be available to you as soon as we receive it. Orders processed in Australia will take 5-10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-30 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
