Refund and Exchange Policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns are permitted if you change your mind, if there is a printing error, or if it is severely damaged.
All goods will be packaged with the best protection to ensure you do not receive any damaged goods. For your piece of mind, if any damages to the product occur in transit we will do our best to ensure you get a free replacement. A photo of the damaged item must be provided and it must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and a photo of the item if it is damaged (this photo must be provided within 5 days after receiving your item). Just email these through to info@manrukaartprints.com. From there we will issue you the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore you will only receive back the cost of the item that you purchased.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund does not include the original shipping costs to send it out to you (if applicable) or the costs to return it back to us.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@manrukaartprints.com and we will send you the return address. We will fund the return shipping costs; AUD $9.95 for domestic (prints with no frame), AUD $35.00 for domestic (prints with frame), or AUD $30.00 for international customers.
If you are shipping an item over AUD $75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive the damaged or defective item, we will send you out a brand new one for free! Allow 1 week for processing this.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
